Podcast Interviews

A podcast interview can be added to your membership in checkout. Some of the Creative Agency Podcast episodes have been listened to as many as 75,000 times, but generally you’ll get around 2k listens over the first couple of months after your interview is published and listens will grow over time as new users discover the podcast. The audience is highly targeted and the podcast has over 60 positive reviews in iTunes. Podcast Interviews also include promotion across GYA marketing channels, including newsletter.

Terms and Conditions for Service Provider Membership

Membership Terms

• Grow Your Agency (“GYA”) offers paid membership tiers for service providers to access our community of agency owners
• GYA reserves the right to modify membership terms, conditions, and pricing at any time without prior notice
• All membership payments are non-refundable
• Membership is non-transferable and limited to one individual per membership

Communication Guidelines

• Direct messaging (DM) members without prior consent or introduction is strictly prohibited
• Promotional content is restricted to designated channels only
• The #general channel is for community discussion only – no promotional content allowed
• All sponsored promotions must be coordinated with @Chris Bolton – Admin
• Members must maintain professional conduct in all interactions

Promotional Rights

• Membership does not guarantee unrestricted promotional rights
• All promotional activities must comply with community guidelines
• Promotional frequency and content are subject to tier-specific limitations

Code of Conduct

• Members must respect community rules and guidelines at all times
• Harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• Violation of any terms will result in immediate membership termination without refund
• GYA maintains sole discretion in determining rule violations

Membership Termination

• GYA reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of these terms
• Banned members forfeit all paid fees and membership privileges
• Membership may be terminated without warning for serious violations
• Appeals must be submitted in writing to community administration
