Terms and Conditions for Document Submissions

By submitting documents, resources, or other materials (“Submissions”) to Grow Your Agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Permission to Share
By submitting materials, you affirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the materials and have the necessary rights and permissions to share them. You grant Grow Your Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to distribute, share, and display the materials within the group and related resources.

2. No Confidential Information
Submissions must not include confidential, or proprietary information unless expressly permitted by all relevant parties. Grow Your Agency assumes no responsibility for protecting or maintaining the confidentiality of submitted materials.

3. No Legal Advice or Guarantees
Submissions shared in the group are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Grow Your Agency is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any shared documents.

4. Compliance with Laws
All submissions must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. You agree not to submit materials that infringe upon intellectual property rights, violate privacy laws, or contain offensive or inappropriate content.

5. No Liability
Grow Your Agency is not liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the submitted materials by group members or third parties. The responsibility for ensuring the appropriateness and accuracy of the materials rests solely with the submitting party.

6. Right to Refuse or Remove Submissions
Grow Your Agency reserves the right to review, refuse, or remove any materials at its discretion, including but not limited to materials deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the group’s purpose.

7. Attribution
You acknowledge and agree that your submissions may include your agency’s name for attribution purposes, unless you explicitly request anonymity at the time of submission.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Your Agency, its owners, administrators, and members from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submissions, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement or unauthorized sharing.

9. Amendments
Grow Your Agency reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued submission of materials after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Acceptance
By submitting materials to Grow Your Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
