Recommended Proposal Software for Agencies and Freelancers: HoneyBook

HoneyBook is GREAT for small teams. It’s cheap and basically does the work of 3 different softwares at once. It includes a light CRM, proposal building, and billing all in a single app. It also includes recurring billing which is essential. Not-to-mention it includes an automatic late fee charge (which Quickbooks of all services STILL does not have. Sigh).

I will say that I’m not sure I would recommend HoneyBook for teams larger than 5 people (Maybe Zero or Quickbooks + Proposify). But that could change. HoneyBook seems to be adding features pretty regularly. and a ton of other features.
