Rachel Ody (formerly Gertz) is a systems strategist, operations consultant, and transformational leadership coach. For over twelve years she has helped agencies, cooperatives, and service businesses fix the invisible systems that shape how people work.
She specializes in organizational design, project management training, and systemic coaching — redesigning workflows, communication patterns, and decision-making structures so teams stop burning out and start performing. Her background in Psychology, Community Health, and English Education means she sees organizations as living systems, not org charts.
Rachel previously co-founded Louder Than Ten, the digital project management training cooperative, which trained 350+ digital professionals across 15 countries before closing in 2025. Her work continues at Hello Rachel.
