Recommended Podcast Software for Agencies: Blubrry
I use Blubrry to host my podcast files and track subscribership. It works great. Highly recommended if you or one of your clients is setting up a podcast.
They make it easy to host your podcast on WordPress and submit your podcast to iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc.
(The kerning in their logo is atrocious though. Will they ever fix it?)
